TPC VALENCIA
Valencia Is California's First Tournament Players Club
The TPC at Valencia project was developed as a joint venture with The Rouse Companies, one of the United States' largest property owners which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
The club is located in the master-planned community of Valencia which drew its name from the oranges that grow in this Southern California haven about 30 miles north of Los Angeles.
The Tournament Players Club at Valencia was designed by Mark O'Meara, winner of both The Masters and British Open golf tournaments.
Set in magnificent rolling hills, a majestic Oak Preserve, and boasting peak view sites, the course has opened to very favorable reviews from California golf enthusiasts.
M-Golf served as the project originator and negotiator with the then Newhall Land and Farming Company. M-Projects retains an ongoing interest, alongside PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties in that venture.
