M-Projects has developed golf and amenity centered real estate projects in the United States and Europe for twenty years.

M-Projects has partnered with and provided services to some of the largest owner operators which include the PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties, Club Corp, Gary Player,  Newhall Land and Farming (now a part of The Rouse Company), Bank of America, and Barbara Johnson (Johnson and Johnson). 

From inception in 1997 until 2013 M- Projects was the Managing Partner of Riverwood Plantation (www.riverwoodplantation.com) and Champions Retreat Golf Club (www.championsretreat.net) a 3,000 acre master-planned community in Augusta, Georgia.

M-Homebuilders builds homes with families and users in mind. Within Riverwood Plantation's  Amberley, Bedford, Middleton, Mitchell Park, and within Champions Retreat's The Bungalows and Founders Village,  M-Homebuilders has delivered a variety of unique homes for a varied and discerning group of owners. 

Next Chapter Holdings is a multi-family development subsidiary of M-Projects. The Sound at Navarre Beach Apartments, 250 units in Florida's panhandle are completed. In South Carolina, phase 1 of Sweetwater Commons, 150 detached rental homes with a Class A amenity package is under construction.
