M-Golf is a partner with Bruce Peattie in Confluence Property Company which is headquartered in Pietermaritzburg and active in the Midlands of KwaZulu Natal. Confluence is partners with the Hyatt family, formerly owners of Marriott Property Services, and the Grinrod family of Grinrod Shipping in a venture on Midmar Dam - Morton Gate. The company is also partners with Cape based Asrin Property Company in a development on Albert Falls Dam. Targeting rural land opportunities, Confluence is actively engaged in expanding its portfolio.
