Current Status!

We are coming along nicely with our site preparation for Sweetwater Commons in North Augusta, South Carolina. We are hopeful to break ground for the first part of Phase 1 later this fall. Stay tuned!

Some of our Amberley homes are under contract already as they are being finished with the last details before families start moving in. The last of our construction there will hopefully be breaking ground soon and maybe even completed come early Spring 2016!
